I tried EZContacts for the first time and have been very disappointed. I called customer service to tell them that 75% of my contacts were defective and ripped long before the month use was up on each pair. I asked if there were replacements available and they said no. Their only solution was to offer a 10% off of shipping. I thought that that was poor customer service as the lens manufacturers usually help out with unsatisfied customers and products. This will be my last time using EZContacts
