I ordered contacts and received a confirmation of my order and my credit card was charged. After a month I still didn't have my contacts. They kept telling me they would receive them from the manufacturer in 1 to 3 days. I finally called them only to be told they had 2 boxes of contacts for my right eye (not the 3 boxes I had ordered). They were waiting for the third box. Never before did they tell me this. They finally sent me what they had and left the one box on backorder. It was very poor customer service.
