I would otherwise give EZContacts a 4/5, but my recent order experience leaves me no choice but to share my disappointment with this site. I placed an order on July 19th and did not receive a notice of any manufacturer backlog that would impact shipment date. The EZContact representative shared I, as the customer, would not have known about this issue unless I reported an issue. That being said, EZContacts does not properly inform customers of any existing delays that could potentially impact shipment and delivery dates. As of now, one item in my purchase orders is still in "order" status. Two have finally "shipped". I considering not returning to this vendor to fulfill future optical needs.
