I decided to go online and alas, I’ve forgotten my password. Followed the prompts for changing…expecting an email to confirm the request. Nothing…attempted (3) times! Ok, so previously on another order (with similar glitches), I called and after a short wait spoke with a rep. - not this time. After a 30 minute wait, I was prompted by an automated request to leave my number for a call back (after it told me my ‘place in the queue would be held’. Crickets…never got a call back; and that was two days ago. Whatever…
