Ordered 9/4/23. After no acknowledgment of shipping, wrote the company on 9/12 asking for a reason for the shipment delay. Received a message, "Shipping in 1 - 3 days". After further inquiry, received a note that they were waiting for a shipment from their supplier. Shipped 9/13; finally received 9/16. Rather than state, "out of stock" or "back-ordered" on their website they captured a sale at the expense of the loss of a customer. Not very good customer service, although the order did arrive in good shape, but later than expected.
