Bought prescription glasses from the website in the middle of August and paid $450.00, which included the extended warranty/protection. I was told my glasses would take two weeks before they were ready to ship. One month goes by and my order is still in the processing phases, like it was when I initially placed the order. It wasn’t until I reached out to them via phone call to customer service after not receiving an update on my order for a month, did they send me an email notification informing me of the delay. On September 14th they said they said they finally received my frames and needed 10 days to prepare my prescription and it would take 3 days for shipping. It’s the 25th of September and I still haven’t received a a “ready to ship” notification. I would not have ordered from this website had I known I’d be waiting this long after paying $450 for a single pair of glasses. Also the lack of communication and consideration regarding the delay has been a major disappointment.
