I’m giving a 4 because of good pricing and for the most part good customer service. I would give a 2.5 for shipping times, but the product I ordered was popular and out of stock. The major problem was that I was not informed the product was out of stock and received no information about my order being delayed until I emailed for the 2nd time to enquirer about the status. However both times I emailed, customer service was very prompt with their response. Sort of a mixed review and I was hesitant to order due to other complaints of shipping times but ultimately I received my contacts at a really good price. Ordered 9/14, received 10/23
