EZ Contacts has impressive selection of contacts,but had tremendous difficulty navigating the website. Entered correct information several times (credit card details, order details, etc.) which were subsequently returned to me stating that revisions had to be made, resulting in several repeat attempts before I called customer service. The rep who input the information was courteous and friendly, and the order was finally processed. However, I would recommend checking the site to make sure it is working properly, as it may deter customers from completing their orders and going elsewhere.
