Customer service was great as well as the ability to get the prescription we needed. However, a month after I had placed the order I had reached out as there was no update. I got a quick response from them saying it would be shipped in 6 to 10 business days. Five days past the 10 business day mark it was shipped. I am in no way saying not to order from them, they have amazing prices and great selection of frames and prescriptions. I would just keep in mind it is not quick to get your order. Again, the customer service was quick and polite.
