Great customer service! The person who assisted me was very professional. The reasons of why I’m not giving 5 stars it’s because when I placed my order through the website the sunglasses were in stock and ready to ship during 3 business day; I did not received any email or info saying that they were not in stock. I reached out customer service asking them for an update about my order and the representative who assisted told me that the sunglasses were out of stock. That person was very helpful providing me options regarding my order.
