The product quality is good and I was happy with the glasses. However, the the amount of time that it took to receive the product was unsatisfactory. The order was placed January 5th, 2024, but did not arrive until March 4th, so 2 months processing time when it said 4-6 weeks. It was not until that I initiated contact on two occasions that there was any activity on processing the order. I would have to contact the facility in order for them to remember to get it to the lab, and another communication on my part to move from the lab to shipping. So while the product was fine, the wait time and my having to contact them each time was frustrating.
