I've appreciated the ease with which I can order contacts through EZ contacts. However, finding out how my insurance can be applied is proving inscrutible. I was able to find out that I am out of network. I was directed to a page where I was able to submit my insurance information, which I did both before and after I ordered (with my order number). After that, I'm not sure what's happening or what to expect.
