I placed an Order for glasses on April 8. I was informed it would take 5-7 Business days to process. Eventually there was a delay in processing, and they did not notify me until I had to call severally, chat and even send emails in attempt to reach out to the customer service before I got a proper explanation and due to the urgency of my situation, they expedited the shipping, which shipped on May 3rd. Now my glasses are to be delivered tomorrow which is May 6th!. Well you can imagine my frustration.
With the trauma of terrible experience I have received, it would take a lot of convincing for me to even consider thinking about using EzContact services again.
