I had an issue with my account being charged and not receiving my contacts. I called and spoke to Polar on 5.13 and she said that it looked like my order was out of stock and I told her that I was not notified and that my credit card was charged. She said she would look into it and call or email me by 5/20 and let me know what was going on. I got an email on 5.14 stating that my order was being shipped. I received my order on 5.16. Thank you.
