It showed that the frames I ordered were in stock, they were not. I paid for one day shipping because I needed the glasses It took almost 2 weeks to get them in. When I reached out to customer service, I was told that they give notice if you pay attention that it could take time which was a horrible response and had nothing to do with the fact that they never said anything about the frames needing to be sent in by their distributors. I was given no type of compensation, and after the initial response did not receive another email for a many days.
