I ordered frames more than a week ago, but it still hasn't shipped. I contacted customer service, and they said they are waiting for it to be restocked. I don't know why it would show in stock on the website, when that isn't true. I will wait a few more days before I cancel my order.
I will update my review if anything positive happens, but so far, this has not been a good experience.
