Order placed 7/29 for a product that was shown as in-stock. Didn't ship out within the estimated window and received a note notifying of delay (no updated estimate given). I proactively reached out to customer service after another week to inquire status (8/12)--was told they were OOO and awaiting to be restocked by the manufacturer with estimated delivery within another 1-2 weeks. I asked for upgrade to expedited shipping after they're restocked and they agreed. Received shipment notification on 8/14 and received 8/16. Despite delay, experience with customer service and swift resolution is a positive. Would order from them again.
