I was sent the wrong contacts (so much for verifying the prescription that I uploaded). When I went to return, I was only given a USPS return label. I tried calling to get a UPS to avoid the $10 return fee, but couldn't get through and no one returned my call as promised.
I feel I shouldn't have to pay the $10 return fee when I was sent the wrong contacts.
