Terrible customer service. Ordered glasses cost range of $500 near first of month and immediately the credit card was charged. No status subsequently provided so after about two weeks sent message asking for status update. Was then told frames were out of stock although web site noted 'in stock, ships immediately' and it would be 3-5 more weeks. Now almost as month later and no follow up status provided. Last time I do business with this firm.
