Well save yourself the trouble and just walk into traffic. Or, pay the extra money to buy your glasses somewhere else. I never leave reviews but this has been an absolute nightmare experience. Firstly, my card was double charged and EZContacts denies it (despite being provide with receipts from my bank). The customer service is atrocious. Extremely long on hold wait times, rude agents, and incompetent managers is what awaits you if you need to contact anyone regarding your transaction. On top of that, it’s been nearly three weeks since my simple order of one pair of sunglasses, and my order has yet to process, let alone ship. Spend the extra money, shop somewhere else and save yourself the heartache.
