I ordered a 90 day supply of daily contacts They came in 6 boxes. One of the six boxes was full of contacts that were not working correctly. When you open them up, they were folded up and they kept popping out of my eye. I contacted EZcontact. There was a lot of runaround and in the end I was told they were going to give me a refund of $16, to replace the one box of 30 contacts will cost me $64. I have tried to get in touch with them several times in different ways to avail. I’m very frustrated. I would not use EX contacts again. They have not replaced my defective contacts and offered instead a small credit that would not be enough for me to buy the product again.
