Horrible online ordering experience. As part of the prescription uploading process, there is an option to view the upload, so I did so to make sure the pic of my script was legible. But there is not an obvious way to exit the view and return to the ordering process. It kept sending me back to the beginning without confiming my order had been placed. So I went through the process multiple times by accident. I ended up with 3 separate orders of the same thing, was charged for shipping on 2 of the 3, because after the first attempt I decided to pay for faster delivery. Upon discovering I had been charged 3 times a mere 5 hours after ordering, I immediately went back to try and cancel the extra orders. The website has no option for this. Only a contact/email option. It was almost midnight at that point. I sent emails on 2 of the order numbers, but the response the next day was that they had already shipped, and I would be able to return when I received them. However, when I went to start the return process I was informed that I would not only lose the $9.95 I had spent TWICE to ship the 2 extra orders, since these idiots sent all 3 boxes as SEPARATE boxes, but I was also expected to pay an ADDITIONAL $9.95 to ship them back. Lesson learned. Discount contacts means a company with poor customer service that does not care about fostering loyalty or repeat business. I'll go back to using my previous supplier.
