The representatives at EZContacts were harldy professional. I ordered perscription glasses from them on September 13th. I heard nothing about my order, so on September 23rd I politely asked if they had an estimated shipping date for my glasses. They responded with "I see that your item is currently estimated to be available to ship in 7-10 business day, as indicated on our website." Which was not stated anywhere on the website, and gave me an uncreal answer as to when my glasses might be ready to ship. 7-10 business days from when I ordered them? 7-10 business days from this email response date?
On October 2nd I receive an (automated?) email update stating the glasses are taking longer than expected to ship. I reply to the email again simply asking for an expected shipping date. Within hours I get a response that the glasses are already processed for shipment and should ship out in 1 business day. Today is October 4th and I can view the USPS tracking number they provided, however it only states that a shipping label has been created, USPS is still awaiting the item. I replied to the email with a thank you, but my email came back because it was not deliverable to help@ezcontacts.com who I had been contacting previously. I had another email from help@email.ezcontacts.com, so I tried that address. The automated response I received was that my email address had been blocked from that server.
At this point I beleive this company is a scam and I will never receive my order. I don't want others to encounter the same experience. I will update this review if I ever receive what I ordered, but if USPS doesn't receive the shiipment then I will try to get a refund. Hoping for the best still.
