Bad communication. I ordered sunglasses that I needed to arrive within about a week. I paid for expedited shipping to ensure they’d arrive on time, after days of my order status still being on “Order Received” I decided to email them and cancel my order. I then get an automated response saying they’re observing some holiday and will be closed for the rest of the week and to email them again once they open again. Nowhere while ordering did they mention they’d be closed for like a week and from other reviews I found online people say stuff you order will be out of stock and they won’t indicate that any any point until after you’ve ordered and ask them what’s the hold up. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
