I am disappointed with my experience. I ordered sunglasses online and didn't receive any updates for two weeks, which is longer than the usual processing time. I contacted the company by phone and sent two messages to request the cancellation of my order since I had ordered the same sunglasses from another company and had already received them.
I was about to call again today, but I saw an email stating that my glasses have now shipped. It seems they don't read or respond to customer messages. Now, I will have to wait for the glasses to arrive and then ship them back across the country, which is inconvenient for both me and the company.
I wish they had better customer support. I will not be purchasing from them again and cannot recommend this company.
