how can a company completely SHUT DOWN for 10 days because of a religous holiday and NOT NOTE it in their online service platform !! ... i ordered on Oct. 10th and the contacts were shipped on Oct. 28th. ..and i did pay for expedited shipping because my contacts only had 3 days more use. ..i had to email EXContacts to find out WHY the contacts i ordered had not arrived and that's when i was told that the company would not re-open until Oct. 28th. .. your business model needs to be adjusted and more clear re: closings.
