YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! THE WEBSITE IS NOT MONITORED PROPERLY AND THERE IS NOT LIVE PERSON TO TALK TO. I WAS CHARGED WITHOUT CONFIRMING WITH ME THE ORDER WAS CORRECT AND AS A RESULT THE WRONG ORDER WAS FILLED. NOW I'M ASKING FOR A REFUND AND SOMEONE ON A CHAT (CYNTHIA W.) SAID I WAS GOING TO RECIEVE A REFUND AND CORRECT MY ORDER. THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED.
