I ordered 4 boxes of contacts on October 18th. I JUST received them today, November 2nd. I called them, well, tried to call them 5 times about why my order wasn't shipped, and never once got through on the phone (At different times, on different days, even different weeks). I also emailed them, and never received a response. They were closed for at least a week for vacation (but never posted that they would be closed on their website). I eventually got through on the computer chat function Monday. They said they had to custom order my contact lenses (which seems like baloney) and they didn't have them yet (after weeks of waiting already). They didn't tell me that my lenses were custom order and would take significantly longer when I ordered, either. If it had taken a normal amount of time to get my order, I would have had plenty of contacts left, instead of stressing out about running out of them. There were so many chances to communicate that would have made the experience better. That they failed on every opportunity to communicate is why I gave them such a low rating. I also asked for the chat transcripts, and they never sent those to me either. This was my first time ordering from them and I'm very disappointed and frustrated. I will say one major positive is they didn't charge the obscene handling fees most other online contact lens companies charge. The chat representative was pleasant as well.
