I placed two orders for contacts on Thursday, October 31, 2024. Ordering the contacts was easy, and I had no problems. I’m a little disappointed, however, in the shipping process. The first order was placed around 10:30 AM. As of Monday (November 4), at 9:30 AM, I still have not received confirmation that my first order has shipped. The second order was placed about six hours later (around 4:40 PM). I received a notice on Monday (November 4) at 8:19 AM that the second order was shipped. While I’m happy that the second order has finally shipped, I can’t help but wonder, “How was the second order shipped before the first order?” When I placed both orders, there was a prompt each time that said I would receive the contacts within 3-5 business days. I took that to mean I should receive both orders sometime between Wednesday (November 6) and Friday (November 8). I made the assumption the period of time (3-5 business days) was due to the parcel carrier, not EZContacts. I was a little surprised to see that it takes EZContacts so long to ship the orders.
