I ordered a refill on contacts on 10/20. I checked on order 10/24/2024. After not seeing them ship, I called on 10/24/2024, only to find your office was closed until 10/28/2024. I ordered from another vendor that day and received them on 10/25/2024, paying $20 for expedited shipping. The order was still $20 cheaper. I then emailed you referencing my order, and advised I wanted the order cancelled. I just got a shiiping notification on 11/4/2024. Poor delivery time, poor customer focus for closing for 2 business days, and poor execution for not cancelling order.
