I was very unhappy that I did not discover that the entire EZ Contacts operation would be totally shut down for 10 days and I would not receive my contacts until after I left for a trip overseas. This should have been disclosed BEFORE I ordered. There was a tiny banner at the top of their web page mentioning 'holiday hours" but it was not prominent and required to be clicked on. In addition it turns out that my contacts were not even in stock when they reopened. Out of stock items should be identified as such on the product description page. They did refund the $9 expedited shipping fee but that was little consolation as I never received my lenses before traveling although I ordered them more than 3 weeks ahead of time!
