I gave one star. If I could, I would give zero stars. I don’t think I want to purchase from you again. I ordered online on 10/15 (Tue) under free shipping. Your website states that orders will ship via USPS Standard (5-7 days), so 10/24 should be the latest arrival date. On 10/16, you sent me a tracking email, but it doesn’t work. I cannot track anything, I Emailed you on 10/18 about the estimated arrival date because I cannot track my order. There was no response. I Emailed again on 10/28 about this. Again, there was no response. I kept calling your office and no one ever answered. The website tracking never updated since I ordered on 10/15. Finally, I got a response via email on 10/28 from Hindy on the Customer Service Team. See below: I sincerely apologize for this delay. Your contacts have been successfully ordered from our manufacturer and we expect to receive them within the next few days. As soon as we receive them, we will ship your order to you and email the tracking information. On 10/28, I still could not track the order. I did not receive the order until 11/6, which is nearly 2 weeks late. This way of doing business is not acceptable.
