You have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would email the same questions multiple times with no response. I will call and ask for them to verify what they were shipping. They would not verify they shipped the wrong order to me to begin with. then when I sent back All the contacts they only ship me back two boxes instead of five boxes when I would talk with your customer service people they said well. We sent all the context to you and sounded as though they would not solve the problem. Even after I gave them the packing list showing They did not ship me all of them. The person on the phone told me they had shipped them but she would investigate. You need to train your people better and you need to somehow make sure peoples emails and phone calls. Get responded to. I do not plan to do business with you and I would warn all my friends and associates against your companies poor Service
