VERY VERY poor customer service . I bought lenses in October and I still haven’t totem !!
U have sent 3 e mails to their customer service, but never heard a word back . Absolutely disgraceful and rude !!
I needed these lenses badly , and if they couldn’t accommodate me at that time , they should have had the common decency to tell me , so I could buy elsewhere .
I have just seen they have just been shipped . It is now November 13 th !
I’m so annoyed by there refusal to answer me .
