Immediately upon submitting an order I realized I made a mistake and emailed ezcontacts to stop my order. The very next day, I received a confirmation that they were shipping my order even though the order did not match my prescription. When I placed my order, they displayed a message that stated any order for contact lenses in my state is required to have a matching prescription. They obviously don't follow this requirement. What disappointed me most was when I tried calling their customer service line and was on hold for 45 minutes before I finally hung up and called their sales line. That call took less than 1 minute to answer. They obviously don't prioritize customer service at the same level as sales. The person who took my call was very nice but said I would need to wait for the shipment and ship it back. Fast processing but poor service.
