I ordered glasses 1 month ago and the expectations provided on their website are basically a few days and they will go into processing and be shipped out giving one an indication that they will be here in 10 days or so, and they have a spot in their back office that is supposed to show any updates of the order. Mine never showed any updates at all despite checking on it for 10 days, then 2 weeks, then 3 weeks. Nothing... The statements that state expectations of ordering glasses stated on their website, do not apply to the name-brand glasses, but it doesn't say that anywhere. In my couple of attempts to contact them via email, to their credit, I do get a response relatively quickly and the person writes nicely, but the information is not accurate and in one case, it was stated that the information was on their website to properly inform me ahead of time of what to expect, but when cut and pasted what the website said vs what I was experiencing, then she apologized as she was not informed what the website says as far as expectations of timeframe and process once the order is placed. Anyway... for my order for prescription name-brand glasses, it was 1 month from the placement of the order to the first and only indication of any kind that anything was going on, and that indication simply said they glasses were on their way. So from the time of placing my order, one month for the first active communication, not even an update in the web portal, that the glasses were being sent. This would all be acceptable IF they would communicate this on their website instead of what they actually communicate, which is inaccurate. So they need improvement on communication in a major way. Hopefully, they arrive as stated and hopefully, I love them
