Even though I like their stock and their customer service representatives (especially Ruth S.) are great, there is still a communication issue.
I placed an order and received it partially within a few days, which is ok. But if I had not chatted with Ruth in customer service, I wouldn't have known the item I was waiting for had at least three weeks delay before it could be shipped.
If an item is not in stock, at least let us know. I also emailed you guys back a few days ago and I still have not heard anything back.
