The glasses took the expected 3 weeks to arrive, but when they got here, they were missing one of the lenses. So they’re completely useless to me right before Christmas. On top of that, it took several attempts to contact customer service via phone and email. Once I finally reached them, they didn’t really care and asked me send a picture of how I received the glasses before they could send a return. If you think this is some scam I’m trying to pull, can I genuinely ask why? All I wanted was to see for the holidays. Too big of an ask for a company with “EZ” in the name, I guess. I’m going to take my refund and go literally anywhere else with my money.
