Not gonna lie, worst experience I have ever had purchasing glasses in my entire 29 years of being alive on this earth and needing glasses. No updates for over a month unless I personally reached out myself via email, the tracking for my package was delayed multiple times and spent most of its time sitting in a warehouse, I received text messages stating that my package was “out for delivery” when it was indeed NOT out for delivery, nor was it able to be tracked at the times of the text updates when I received them (multiple days) as the shipping was listed as “transferring to local post services”. It took over a month for my glasses to even show up again in my email about beginning production. To the time of me writing this, I have still not yet received my glasses. I ordered my glasses in November of 2024 but chances are if I even receive them at all, they will not arrive until some time in January 2025. I feel this is entirely unacceptable for someone who absolutely requires glasses to operate in the world. A more honest approach at estimated shipping times, updates, or even payment plan options would be helpful as spending months without the money or the glasses and no updates seems a bit unnecessary to say the least. I read countless other experiences like this online and decided to give y’all a try myself personally and i should have trusted those other reviews because they were MORE than accurate depictions of the experience of shopping with EZContacts.
