I was in contact with Customer Service for about a week. Emailing back and forth needing the correct information. The person whom helped me was thorough in what they needed. I just didn't understand it all completely. I had asked for a phone call a time or two to make sure I was understanding everything that was needed. So that was a little frustrating but overall everything came out well.
