Unfortunately, the delivery provider had issues delivering my contacts and it has now been over 2 and 1/2 weeks and I still don't have my glasses. They are apparently sitting in EZContacts Warehouse event though they promised to have them shipped out 2-3 days ago. Additionally, when I have called to check status or inquire on location of my glasses it has taken hours to get a callback.
I'm sure when things go right they are great. However, you truly see the quality of a company when things do not go right. In this case their have been issues and I have been terribly disappointed in their handling of this situation.
