Ordered Jan 2, 2025. Credit card processed Jan 3, 2025. I contacted them thru their website 3 times Jan 9, 10 and no response. I called 4 times and left 1 message and the other 3 times my phone numbered wasn’t being recorded properly and after trying over 10 times each call, their automated system could not get the numbers I typed correctly- it had 999777333 instead of “973” every time I typed it out.
After another 32 hours I received a reply phone call from the first automation message and she was completely clueless. She did find out the contacts were on delay from the manufacturer and said it’s not their responsibility to tell the customer about a delay of if it’s out of stock. She said she would contact the manufacturer and get back to me within a day… it has now been 3 days and no response. There is no area on their website to “cancel” an order, just “return”, which I obviously can’t do since I don’t even know if I’ll be receiving them.
Great prices, not sure if you’ll get the contacts though
