Normally I receive excellent service from EZcontacts. However there was apparently a problem with their supplier and my product was not available. No one contacted me to inform me of that and after waiting for weeks with no word I had to go to a pharmacy to purchase the product over the counter. When I finally called, I was told of the delay but still no delivery date. I feel that when there is a substantial delivery problem, customers should be notified.
