This was my second order, and while first one went well this one wasn’t as great. It had been about 2.5 weeks since my order and no update on if it had been processed or shipped. I emailed customer service and it was obvious the order hadn’t been started, it was processed only after me following up which took a long time. They did not offer any apology or option to cancel or refund
