I placed a reasonably priced order for the exact RayBan frame I wanted. My primary optometry provider could not get the frame i wanted, only what they had in stock. Customer service at EZContacts did an exceptional job submitting my claim for out-of-network reimbursement without any handholding on my part. The only reason for a four star rating is I am awaiting product delivery.
