My product was apparently on back order but I was never informed at checkout or updated post purchase. The package took nearly two weeks to ship and I never received an update. I eventually called to cancel my order and it was then that I was informed it had been on back order and that it “shipped today”.
Yesterday, when I received the glasses, they were defective (all of the hinges were loose, the glasses creaked after any kind of movement).
I have begun the process of returning my purchase and given the poor communication and delayed shipping, I will not be purchasing from EZ contacts again. I’d rather go to my local mall and avoid this headache.
