Absolutely TERRIBLE Customer Service. Awful expectation setting.
I placed an order on February. 18th.
No updates. After calling Customer Svc NO RETURN PHONE CALLS - you can NEVER get a human to answer the phone in the first place. You are forced to leave your number to which NO ONE calls you back.
I sent emails - no response.
I finally got an email weeks later telling me my order was delayed.
NO KIDDING!
Awful. Terrible!
