I placed my first ever order with EZContacts online and received an order confirmation email right away. 15 days later, I followed up with customer service as shipping details and tracking information were still not available. Rather than receiving a response, I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number that same day without any further explanation. I am discouraged by the lack of communication and customer service. I am forced to believe that my order was lost and the company/warehouse operations are completely disorganized. I still have yet to receive my shipment so I am unable to comment on the condition of items or quality of packaging, but I have already experienced enough to know that I will not be a repeat customer.
