When I ordered, website said my contacts were IN STOCK. Shortly after, the order status said AWAITING RESTOCK, so I contacted them to cancel the order. I never got a reply, except to say we'll get back to you in 1-2 business days. That was Monday. Tuesday, no contact, and order still says AWAITING RESTOCK, just like it has been since 3 hours after I ordered last Thursday. Wednesday, no contact, still says AWAITING RESTOCK. I SENT ANOTHER CANCELLATION EMAIL. Wednesday evening, I get a shipping confirmation. Now I have to go through their return process. AWFUL SERVICE.
