Placed an order (#4738674) on April 13 for contacts (listed as in stock). However, on April 22, my order status is that my order has still not shipped.
The site lists free shipping in 5-7 days. So, 7 business days since placing my order, I'm still waiting for EZcontacts to ship my order.
This company is on its way to making it onto my list of "never do business with again companies" and a personal example that I will give in social settings of "failed customer service".
